Post #128 you enabled comments, anyone can comment. Now need moderation: approve good, delete spam, reply fast. Otherwise blog looks spammy, Google penalty.
In Post #129, moderate comments like pro.
Step 1: Where is Comment Moderation Panel?
- Blogger → Comments → You see 3 tabs:

| Awaiting Moderation | New comments waiting your approval (because you set Always in Post #128) | Approve or Spam |
| Spam | Blogger auto detected spam | Check weekly - sometimes good comments go here |
Step 2: Daily Moderation Workflow (2 min per day)
- Blogger → Comments → Awaiting Moderation
- Read comment:
- Good comment (question, thanks, feedback) → Click Publish
- Spam / link / abuse → Click Spam or Delete
- Comment with link but genuine? Edit comment, remove link, then publish
- Go to Published → Reply to each new comment within 24h (important for E-E-A-T)
Step 3: How to Edit Comment in Blogger? (Hidden Feature)
- Blogger dashboard → Comments → Click comment content
- You cannot edit directly in Blogger, but trick:
- Copy comment text → Delete original → Create new comment as admin with corrected version + reply: "Edited to remove link - your question answered below..."
- Or use: Blogger → Settings → Manage Blog → Remove comment but keep notification email to reply privately
Step 4: Comment Moderation Settings Pro
Blogger → Settings → Comments → More settings:
Comment Moderation: Always Show word verification: No (annoying, kills comments) Show profile images on comments: Yes Show comment link in post footer: Yes Email notification: your-email@gmail.com Comment Message Template - paste this: "Welcome! Comment your Blogger URL if you need help. I reply within 24 hours. No spam links please - spam = delete. Thanks!"
To set comment message: Theme → Edit HTML → Search <data:postCommentMsg/> replace with:
<p style="background:#f9fafb;padding:10px;border-radius:8px;font-size:13px;">Welcome! Comment your Blogger URL if you need help. I reply within 24 hours. No spam links please.</p>
Step 5: Moderate from Email (Fastest)
- When someone comments, you get email: "New comment on [post]"
- Email has buttons: Publish, Delete, Spam, Reply
- Click Publish directly from email - no need open dashboard - save time
Step 6: Rules - What to Approve vs Delete?
