- In Post Editor → Right sidebar → Click "Published on"
- Change from "Automatic" to "Set date and time"
- Pick date: Example 17/06/2025 → Pick time: 8:00 AM
- Top right → Click orange "Schedule" button

Step 3: Where to Find Scheduled and Draft Posts
| Status | Where to Find | Can Google See It? |
| Draft | Posts → Drafts | No |
| Scheduled | Posts → Scheduled | No, until publish time |
| Published | Posts → Published | Yes |
Step 4: Pro Scheduling Tips for 2025
- Best time to post: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM in your audience timezone
- Timezone check: Settings → Language and formatting → Set correct timezone
- Batch writing: Write 5 posts → Schedule one every 2 days → Blog runs itself
- Edit scheduled posts: Posts → Scheduled → Click post → Edit → Save/Schedule again
Bad practice to avoid: Scheduling for past dates. Blogger will publish immediately. Google may see it as outdated.
